Financial Analyst

This is a 100% in-office role where the selected candidate will play a critical role in financial decision-making by developing accurate forecasts, improving reporting processes, and delivering key insights. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and experienced in financial modeling and reporting. Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support strategic decisions.

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

• Improve reporting processes and collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or similar roles.

• Expertise in Crystal Report writing and DOMO preferred.

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
